Charges and trip plans could vary during bad weather conditions or if the tour is extended due to weather or some other miss happening.
We are not responsible if the tour is extended or the itinerary is changed due to any kind of road blockage, land slide, snowfall, waterfloods, vehicle breakdown, etc.
"Availability at hotels" and" rates for this itinerary “is subjected to change at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to change the hotels, sightseeing or the route at any point in time. This is a rare case that happens only in the case of any maintenance work, availability issues, network issues, any natural calamity, road blockage due to landslide/snoworin any other case of a medical emergency. Air Conditioner in-cab will not be used in hilly/mountain areas. lf you want to use the heater extra charges will apply. The travellers are responsible for carrying and taking care of their luggage from the Premises/campsite.
Buffer Day-It is important to have an extra day as any bad weather condition or landslides may delay your journey. In case another day is utilized, you need to pay5000bfor buffer day expenses
On confirmation: 50% (advance) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation. Remaining payment should be deposited 15 days before the tour starts.
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
Please note - In case of cancellation of services after the booking is made a minimum 10% cancellation charges are applicable irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs.
Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.
Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest is booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only. In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to the Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
